Commission Info
I'm currently accepting a limited number of commissions. If you connect with my style and have a concept in mind — whether it's a custom painting, a study, or something more experimental — I’d love to hear from you. Please review the T's & C's before filling out the form below to get in touch.
Deposit
Once you've submitted your request, I’ll review it and follow up within 2–4 business days. If your commission is accepted, we’ll finalize the details together. I’ll then provide a digital contract for you to sign and an invoice for a 50% deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot in the queue. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery of the final artwork. If you choose to cancel the commission after payment, your deposit will be retained as store credit.
All contracts can be signed digitally and remotely.
Pricing & Payment
Final pricing depends on canvas size, number of subjects, level of detail, surface type, and any special requests (e.g., commercial licensing or rush orders). All prices are listed in CAD and include shipping. Payment is accepted via e-transfer, credit card, or invoice, and shipping is worldwide.
Canvas Size + Price Range
16 ”x 20” (40 x 50 cm) | $640 - $960
18” x 24” (46 x 61 cm) | $870 - $1,300

For larger formats, more than two subjects, or complex compositions, please get in touch directly for a custom quote.
Process
To ensure you receive a high-quality artwork aligned with your vision, I’ll maintain consistent communication throughout the planning phase. Together, we’ll gather reference material, discuss color palettes, and review composition sketches to make sure everything feels right before I begin painting.
Once a sketch is approved, I’ll begin the painting process. You’ll receive photo updates at key stages to keep you informed and engaged. Please note: after the block-in stage is complete, no major changes can be made.
The piece will then be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 4-8 weeks), with careful attention to detail and your original vision.
Copyright & Usage Rights
As the artist, I retain the copyright to all commissioned works. This means I may display the artwork in my portfolio, shop, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commissioned pieces are intended for personal use only (e.g., display in your home, personal gifting, social media with credit). If you’re interested in using the artwork for commercial purposes — such as branding, merchandise, or resale — please let me know at the time of inquiry so we can discuss licensing terms.
